Certain property maintenance tasks are ongoing, while others arise sporadically. You can include these ongoing issues in your service package to ensure regular attention, safeguarding your investment and maintaining the value of your home.

Peace of Mind Property Maintenance offers the following packages:

1. Maintenance of outdoor areas, including sweeping the paving and cleaning the pool.
2. Removal of trash, garden refuse, and debris.
3. Interior home cleaning, such as washing windows, floors, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
4. Garden services and landscaping to keep the property neat, appealing, and free of pests.
5. Lawn mowing.
6. Exterior cleaning.

Recommended preventative property maintenance services include property inspections and timely resolution of identified problems. Your property manager can arrange repairs to keep the property in good condition. For repairs exceeding R5,000, the manager will obtain quotes from licensed and insured contractors in the Stilbaai community, ensuring compliance with municipal codes and competitive pricing. 

Possible property maintenance and repairs not included in your package:

1. General maintenance jobs, such as peeling paint, cracks in walls, woodwork oiling, and removal of moss and lichen.
2. General repair or replacement jobs, including plaster repairs, broken tiles, windows, locks, gutters, and plumbing or electrical issues.

Garden work and yard maintenance not included in the package cover tasks like cutting grass, spraying weed, removing moss, weeding flowerbeds, tree and hedge pruning, and cleaning the swimming pool.

If you're planning significant projects, Peace of Mind can oversee:

1. Building construction, alterations, extensions, kitchen or bathroom revamps.
2. Tiling, repainting, roof painting, paving, deck building.
3. Installations like blinds, burglar proofing, alarm systems, security lights, and pool fencing.
4. Eradicating pests such as rodents, ants, termites, cockroaches, bees, or wasps.
